  • 600g meal bread mix • 2 teas yeast

  • Whole wheat; Light, Medium, Dark
  • Rapid or Basic; Light, Medium, Dark Rapid.

Rye/Swiss Dark Rye

Ingredients

For 1kg

  • 360ml water
  • 600g rye bread mix
  • 2 teas yeast

Bread-maker Settings

  • Wholemeal; Light, Medium, Dark
  • Basic; Light, Medium or Dark.

Tip: Substitute a teaspoon of water with a tablespoon of canola/vegetable oil to give a browner, crisper crust.
