For 1kg

  • 360ml water
  • 600g bread & roll premix
  • 1 1/2 teas yeast

Bread-maker Settings

  • Basic Light; Medium, Dark or Rapid.

Try adding our spices for your savoury or sweet loaf; herb and garlic, apricot, melange mixed spice and sultanas.

Tip: Substitute a teaspoon of water with a tablespoon of canola/vegetable oil to give a browner, crisper crust.
