Jam Drops


  • 500g BFFM multi purpose cookie mix
  • 125g marg
  • 1 egg
  • Strawberry or apricot jam


  1. Blend margarine and mix.
  2. Add egg. Blend until mixture forms dough.
  3. Roll mixture into balls, placing on greased trays.
  4. Using your finger tips, place holes in the centre of each cookie.
  5. Place a teaspoon of strawberry or apricot jam in each hole.
  6. Bake at 190°C for 12 – 15 minutes.
