Ingredients

  • 300ml cream
  • 300ml lemonade
  • 4 cups BFFM SR flour

Method

  1. Combine ingredients. Knead lightly.
  2. Roll out dough, cut scones to desired size and place on a lightly floured tray, with edges touching.
  3. Brush scone tops with water. Cook in a hot oven until golden brown.
