November 26, 2018Butterscotch Self Saucing Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 Cup BFFM Self Raising flour
- 1/3 Cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 85g Butter
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 2 Tbspn Golden syrup
- 1 1/2 Cups hot water
Method
- Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
- Melt 55g butter with 1/2 cup milk and add to sifted ingredients. Stir well.
- Place mix in oven dish.
- Combine golden syrup, 30g butter and hot water. Pour over mix.
- Bake in moderate oven 30 – 40 mins.
