Butterscotch Self Saucing Pudding



  1. Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Melt 55g butter with 1/2 cup milk and add to sifted ingredients. Stir well.
  3. Place mix in oven dish.
  4. Combine golden syrup, 30g butter and hot water. Pour over mix.
  5. Bake in moderate oven 30 – 40 mins.
