Who doesn’t love a gooey butterscotch pudding? This Butterscotch Self Saucing Pudding recipe is perfect for when you’re entertaining.
- 1 cup BFFM SR flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 3oz butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
- Melt 2oz butter with 1/2 cup milk and add to sifted ingredients. Stir well.
- Place mix in oven dish.
- Combine golden syrup, 1oz butter and hot water. Pour over mix.
- Bake in moderate oven 30 – 40 mins.
