Ingredients

• 500g SJFF Multi purpose cookie premix
• 125g Margarine
• 1 Egg
• Chocolate chips

Method

1. Blend margarine and mix.
2. Add egg. Blend until mixture forms dough. Add choc chips.
3. Roll mixture into balls, placing on greased trays and flatten with fork.
4. Bake at 190°C for 12 – 15 mins.
