Ingredients
- 1kg Pettina Chocolate Cake Mix
- 400mL water
- 4 eggs
Method
- Blend all ingredients on slow for 1 minute
- Mix on medium speed for 10 minutes
- Bake ate 210°C (muffins), 190°C (cake bar), 170°C (block cake)
Tips
- To take your cake to the next level, make a chocolate moose filling by melting 300g of dark chocolate and folding it through thickened cream
