Ingredients

• 500g White chocolate
• 200g BFFM mixed nuts
• 250g BFFM mixed dried fruits

Method

1. Line a large slice tray with baking paper and spray.
2. Melt chocolate.
3. Combine all ingredients quickly in a large mixing bowl.
4. Spread mixture onto lined tray.
5. Refrigerate until set.
